Kuusamo Joint Forest is Finland’s largest joint forest, providing solid expertise in forestry and diverse utilization of land and water areas for the benefit of its shareholders. Its operations are founded on sustainable and responsible forestry practices. The primary business activities include timber production and sales. Additionally, Kuusamo Joint Forest leases various land use rights and sells resources such as hunting rights and soil materials. The jointly owned forests are located in Kuusamo, Suomussalmi, Taivalkoski, and Posio.
